11am - Join in an interactive drumming circle, a drum for everyone, together we will listen to our unique sound, tune into vibration and collectively raise our vibration to the resonance of love.

12pm- Time for you to nourish

12:45pm - Reconnecting in circle

1pm - You are invited to create a unique Soul Collage through the guided process of SoulCollage

1:45pm - Grab a refreshment and rejoin our circle for inner reflection and open sharing

2:30pm - You are invited to experience a guided meditation that will support the integration of day

3pm - Closing with the practice of chanting OM.
