Structure & Flow

Each session will be a facilitated experience where members engage in interpersonal development, reflection, and initiation into new ways of working.

1. Opening & Closing the Container

   • Laura will open and close each session, holding the space with intention and care, creating an atmosphere of trust and shared purpose.

   • The closing will offer integration, reflection, and an anchoring of insights into practice.

2. Facilitator-Led Sessions

   • A rotating schedule of facilitators will guide each session, sharing their authentic practice with the group.

   • Practices may include embodied processes, creative explorations, therapeutic techniques, reflective dialogues, or innovative service models.

   • Each facilitator will design their session to spark insight, foster courage, and cultivate professional growth.

3. Community Engagement & Integration

   • Participants will have space for meaningful dialogue, peer reflection, and feedback to deepen learning.

   • Sessions will encourage co-creation, inviting professionals to experiment, share, and evolve their practice together.
